We’re a family owned and operated company who’s dedicated to taking care of your property like it’s our own. Our crew is committed to a “No alcohol or bad language” policy on the job site. You can count on an L&L owner visiting your job for an installation inspection. If your roof has any leaks or problems after we complete the job, we will respond within 24 hours and will do our best to solve the problem within 3 days. Manufacturer warranty will be issued for your roof, and you will receive hard copies after the roof is completed. Our goal is to have you 100% satisfied with our crew and your roof project from start to finish.

Did you notice the L&L in our business name? Yes, that actually does stand for something. It stands for twin brothers’ names actually. Specifically, Lavern and Linford Zook. That’s us, the owners of L&L Roofing, LLC. We grew up in rural Clymer, PA, with eight other fun loving sidekicks in the family — three girls and five boys.
Our parents loved God deeply and engrained deep values into our hearts about honesty and always doing the right thing. Dad and Mom believed success in life happened with hard work and completion of every project started. We’re honored to give them a lot of credit for our successful roofing business today. Even more, we give God the glory. Without His unbelievable blessings and guidance, we would have absolutely nothing to show for our hard work.
In 2005, at the exhilarating age of 20, we decided to pursue our twin brother dream of joint partnership in operating our own business. We took the plunge and worked hard to build L&L Overhead Doors into a valuable business for the community.
We enjoyed the door operation, but our introduction to the Commercial Conklin Roofing Systems in 2009 was a serious game changer. One decision after the next in our exciting discovery led us from overhead doors to commercial roofing. We changed our name to L&L Roofing Systems, LLC and haven’t regretted the change once.
We are serious believers in Conklin’s roofing materials. Conklin has been producing quality roofing products for over 50 years, and, in our decade with them, we have never received one batch of bad products.
