When applying the fabric-reinforced roofing system, we kick off the project by washing the roof with a Wac II cleaner. This cleaner prepares your roof for the next step. We then prime the roof with Tack Coat primer, a trustworthy first coat. After that we install a flexible polyester fabric and base coat on the entire roof area. Before declaring it finished, we apply an 85% reflective top coat at approximately 2 gallons per square foot. You will enjoy the extended lifetime of your roof as well as Conklin’s non-prorated material warranty for years to come.
